    Welcome to Weeny! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Weeny website (weeny.app), applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Weeny, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Weeny on behalf of a team or organization, you agree to these Terms on their behalf.

    1. Our Services

    Weeny provides branded link management, custom URL shorteners, landing page builders (Teeny Pages), and form collection tools (Weeny Forms). We provide these services with a focus on privacy-first analytics and 99.9% uptime.

    2. Your Account

    • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under it.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in illegal activities (e.g., phishing, spamming via links).

    3. Branded Domains and Content

    • If you use a custom branded domain, you are responsible for its registration and maintenance.
    • You retain ownership of the content you create (links, Teeny Pages, forms).
    • You grant Weeny a limited license to host and serve this content as part of the Service.

    4. Fees and Payments

    • Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis.
    • All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.
    • You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

    5. Privacy and Data Processing

    • Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
    • We process data as a Processor on your behalf (as the Controller) for the data you collect through our links and forms.

    6. Prohibited Use

    You agree not to use Weeny to:

    • Create links to malicious software, phishing sites, or illegal content.
    • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
    • Attempt to bypass our security measures or reverse-engineer the Service.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weeny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

    8. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.
